Business Plan Template
A business plan is really a written summary of your business idea and goals. It allows you to think through all the aspects of a new business and examine strategies relating to things like management, marketing, finance and people.
The plan should identify your strengths and areas of weakness. Planning helps tackle issues before they become problems aswell as show you how viable the idea is.
Statistics show that the top 25% of successful businesses are twice as likely to have a business plan in place. Insufficient planning is, after all, the leading cause of small business failure in this country.
